Todd Nepola comes from a family of investors and real estate developers. His paternal grandfather moved to Italy in 1899.
His grandfather served as the superintendent for more than four decades and was responsible for building the Holland Tunnel and several Manhattan subway lines.

Todd and Alexia Nepola met each other in 2017 and they got engaged in December 2019. They tied the knot in December 2021.

In a clip from the show, Alexia tells her sons Peter Rosello and Frankie Rosello that they all "have to be out of our apartment in 15 days."
She had two sons with her ex-husband Peter Rosello Jr with whom she was married from 1992 to 1996. Then, she went on to marry Herman Echevarria in 2004 and the duo parted ways in 2016.
Todd also has two daughters, Sophia and Gabriella, from a previous relationship.
